The first of July we moved to Sandy from the Millcreek area near Salt Lake. On July 7th the kids and I left to spend a month in Colorado. The first 4 days were spent deeply absorbed in pre-wedding and wedding activities for my sister Kari. The first event was high tea at The Brown Palace driven in a limousine. The 2nd event was a picnic and kickball at a local park in Denver. The 3rd event was a lovely dinner at an Italian Restaurant in Aurora. The 4th was the wedding at The Boettcher Mansion in Golden, CO. The final event was a barbeque at Kari and Steve's home in Aurora. We were soooo tired... but it was a beautiful celebration and enjoyable time with family.
